A summer series focused on making fermentation easy, fun, affordable and accessible to all those interested in integrating fermented foods into their lives. Why does fermentation matter? Fermentation cultivates and enriches our gut bacteria. Our gut health is 100% connected to our whole body health and your whole body health matters! "Bodies at peace, create peace." Medicinal Oxymels

— fire cider is an oxymel many have either grown up with or have come to know now that its become trendy. But fire cider isnt the only oxymel, there are all kinds and we will learn how to make the foundational recipe for oxymels/tonics and how to use them to heal and support your wholeness (mind/body/spirit).  All classes include a demo, tastings of all the food we make and take-home recipes. Located at the O'Brien Community Center in Winooski, VT.
