This topic is complex, but we’re going to break it down brainstorming session-style. The prompts will be:
Our speakers Jenna Koloski and Alyssa Johnson from the Vermont Council on Rural Development will introduce the Vermont Proposition: an effort to set non-partisan priorities for statewide action. The first draft of the Proposition is based on input from thousands of Vermonters, and shares a set of ideas to drive common action and advance a successful future for our communities, environment and the full diversity of Vermonters.
Then, we want to hear from you! We will move to small-group breakout rooms to discuss challenges in Vermont, areas and projects you would like to see prioritized, and how we can unite to build a better future. After our abundance of ideas are shared we will close with a mindful moment to move forward in our day feeling inspired and centered.
