Across Roads Center for the Arts is celebrating Fall with workshops designed to appreciate the outdoors with a bookbinding class to make a journal to record your observations, drawings, and writing on your next outdoor excursion, and guided Nature Journaling adventures.
Elissa Campbell of Blue Roof Designs will teach how to make a Long-Stitch Journal that is a perfect companion for exploring outside. Saturday, September 21, from 10am-1pm.
Participants will learn basic bookbinding technique, receive a detailed handout and resource list, and leave with a completed journal with a cover of durable waterproof canvas and a lay-flat binding for easy writing and drawing.
