Why buy green curry from a jar when you can have a Thai native teach you the secrets of this classic dish? Made with either pork or tofu, this dish is delicious served over rice. You will learn about various different Thai ingredients and how to adjust this dish to your liking in this hands-on class.
About the instructor:
Kiki Seibert was born and raised in Thailand. She learned to cook from her family and has been making cooking with her family since she was a child. Kiki’s great-grandmother cooked for the King and his royal family at the Thai Palace for years. Kiki owned a restaurant in Bangkok before moving to Florida in 2000 and bringing her Thai recipes to a restaurant there, and then to Honey Thai in Williston in 2011. Kiki says she was “born to cook” and loves sharing her Thai food with others.
Class is $40 per person and includes your own Thai Green Curry feast at the end of class!
