Join Janina of Red Poppy Cakery and special guest, Chef Stephanie from Cooking with Stephanie for a delicious experience. We will be learning how to make pesto, fresh basil fettuccine, and a special dessert of a strawberry basil balsamic shortcake.
This class is designed to be taken home and cooked/served for 2 people including a jar of pesto, a jar of sauce for the pasta, a container of the fresh pasta, and a small cake. We will make and serve pesto bruschetta to hold us over through the class. You'll walk away with the recipes and the know-how for all of these dishes.
