Event Details

In this class we will make two delicious summer desserts: Victoria Sandwich Cake with Lemon Curd, and Summer Berry Trifle. Students will have hands-on experience mixing ingredients for the cakes, cooking lemon curd and custard, prepping fruit and assembling two show-stopping desserts that will wow guests at any summer gathering! Students will take home their own individual trifles and we’ll sample the cakes in class. Most ingredients will be locally sourced. No prior baking experience required! Please note: masking will be optional.


About the instructor:

Mia Snow grew up in a food-festive Italian household, but honed her baking skills while living in England, where she became a big fan of British baking long before it became trendy. She learned a lot from her mother-in-law, who took advantage of all the seasonal fruits and berries to create wonderful desserts. Mia spent her career as an Instructional Designer and is thrilled to finally offer a class on a topic she truly loves!


Our facility is BYOB.

Class has a maximum of 12 students and a minimum of 6. Classes may be cancelled 4 days ahead of time if minimum is not met. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.
