Join us for a night of Latin flavor and fun! Janina will be teaching her family recipes for Ropa Vieja (a shredded beef dish served on rice), Yucca con Mojo (boiled yucca with a special garlic sauce), and a Vermont twist on a Cuban classic for dessert- Maple Flan (caramel custard dish). We will learn how to make all 3 recipes and get to finish off the class having dinner together to enjoy all our hard work.
