Food Menu:
- Asadillo Manchego (Rep Pepper Salad)
- Empanadas (stuffed with caramelized onions and mushrooms) with a vegan cilantro aioli
- Veggie Paella
- Churros topped with dulce de leche
Bar Menu:
- Spanish Sangria
- Featured Cocktail TBA (Featuring Bitter Bubble)
- Spanish Wine via Vermont Wine Merchants

Schedule:
- 6pm-6:30pm cocktail "half hour" & mingling. Guests may receive a welcome drink which is included in their ticket purchase
- 6:30pm seated dinner begins!
