- Bahn Mi with local pickled veggies

- Vietnamese sponge cake(Bahn bong lan) using local eggs and milk
Bar Menu:
- Askew Beer: Rice Lager/Sake beer with Lemongrass
- Askew Beer: Light bodied, crisp, minimal hop aroma and character with hints of lemongrass. 4.5% ABV 18 IBUs
