This exclusive event will showcase the culinary talent of Matt Stewart from Hen of the Wood, along with the public debut of Askew Beer Co.! A new brewery founded & operated by the employee-owners of Switchback Beer Co. In addition to a paired Askew Sage Pale Ale, guests have the opportunity to savor a signature cocktail featuring Bitter Bubble and newly released Essential Whiskey. A Switchback & App Gap Distillery Collab!
