Mornings at farm camp are spent working with animals as we collect eggs from chickens, milk goats, and perform other related tasks.
Easily the most delicious week of camp, Culinary Week is filled with various edible creations that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters! We generally start out the week by simply taste testing different items from the gardens whether its a cherry tomato or a sprig of tarragon, and follow by talking about where our food comes from. The rest of the week is filled with hands-on cooking, and culinary experimenting. Dishes we have made during past culinary weeks include Dutch oven mac and cheese, garden salads, caprese, roasted veggies, pizza, and much more. And of course, we always have time to make sun tea——a camper favorite!
