Understanding embodied leadership including using integrated decision making, the Inner Board of Directors, and self-care practices for embodied leadership.
JourneyWorks is excited to sponsor this 1 Day training with Linda Marks MSM
Embodying mind-body leadership is a way of life. As we become more emotionally embodied, and cultivate intentional presence of mind, body, Hara and heart with our practice, whether it be in energywork or mental health we naturally become integrated mind-body leaders. What we embody creates an energy field that holds everyone around us. Incorporating mind-body meditation, grounding exercises, group discussion and a wonderful mind-body tool called the Inner Board of Directors, we will explore how to stay grounded and connected with the flow of life, including challenging situations requiring us to embody leadership skills. We will also reflect on what's in the way of embodying our leadership right now, and how to move through these barriers so we can become more emotionally embodied, maintain an intentional presence and be the leaders we can be.
Training Objectives:
6.5 CEU's Approved for Allied Mental Health Clinicians, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Psychologists, and Social Workers.
