"Life is about change. Sometimes it's painful. Sometimes it's beautiful. But most of the time, it's both." —Lana Lang (Fictional Character from Smallville)
The only constant in life is change. From the joys of births and weddings to the sorrows of death, illness, and divorce, to grappling with relocation, family struggles, identity issues, job changes, trauma, and loss, change can leave us feeling unmoored and powerless. In this era of Covid-19, we are facing unprecedented change at a world-wide level causing collective anxiety and trauma. Facing Change is a four-week series on embracing the transformative power of change.
Together, we will discuss tools for navigating life's changes, practice meditation and ritual as a way to honor life's transitions, and grow in our ability to approach change with curiosity rather than anxiety.
All people experiencing all types of life changes are welcome. The only prerequisite is a desire to learn and grow through change by acknowledging the pain and embracing the beauty.
Registration is limited to 16 people. Cost for the four-week series is $45.
