I, understand that I am entering the art gallery space at Soapbox Arts for a class. I am aware that the art gallery space contains delicate and valuable artworks. I agree to be solely responsible for any damages that I incur while in the art gallery space. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to artworks, furniture, or other property.

I also agree to follow all safety rules and regulations while in the art gallery space. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of others. I hereby release Soapbox Arts, Devotion LLC and its employees from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that I may sustain while in the art gallery space.

This waiver is effective immediately and will remain in effect until I am no longer taking a class at Soapbox Arts. I understand that I can revoke this waiver at any time by providing written notice to Soapbox Arts and Devotion LLC.
