Order in advance, pick up your meal, and take it home! This delicious food is being prepared by Jennifer Lian and Mediha Goretic. Jennifer's mom and grandparents immigrated from Germany just after World War II when Mom was only 11 years old. Jennifer grew up learning the German language and culture through cooking, and through her relationship with her grandmother, who lived to be 104 years old. She enjoys cooking these dishes with her family now that she has children of her own to share this experience with. Mediha Goretic is from Bosnia, but she spent 8 years living in Germany.

This meal will include: traditional German Bratwurst, red cabbage, and homemade spaetzle, a savory Bavarian-style noodle dish.

*Vegetarian option: German vegetarian lentil stew, red cabbage, and homemade spaetzle.
