An evening of Vermont whiskey, food, and fun.
Join us Wednesday, October 10th at 6 pm for Whistlepig Whiskey, Shacksbury Cider, and the book release of author Aaron Goldfarb's egalitarian guide to Whiskey, "Hacking Whiskey, Smoking, Blending, Fat Washing and Other Experiments in Whiskey."
The evening will include a panel discussion and Q&A from the author Aaron Goldfarb, Luke Schmuecker, partner of Shacksbury Cider, and Jeff Kozak COO of Whistlepig Whiskey.
There will be whiskey, including one of the books featured cocktails; a Shacksbury barrel-washed Whistlepig cocktail and Hotel Vermont's own barrel aged Whistlepig cocktail from Bar Manager Matt Farkas in addition to a barrell-aged cider from Shacksbury.
Tickets for the evening are $45 and included a signed copy of Hacking Whiskey, and two barrel aged Whistlepig cocktails paired with passed appetizers.
Reception 6 pm - 7 pm, panel discussion, and Q&A 7 pm - 8 pm, whiskey throughout.
