Since 1965, Joe Moore has performed with Lavell Kamma [FL], Slim Harpo [GA], Maceo Parker [PA], the Staple Singers [on call], Wilson Pickett [TX], Billy Stewart [DC], Billy Bland [NYC], Stevie Wonder [NYC], Lloyd Sims [NY], and The Manhattans [NYC].

Since arriving in Vermont in October 1975, Joe Moore has been a vibrant part of the local music scene, as a member of The John Cassell Band, The N-Zones, Big Dolla, The X-Rays, the Joe Moore Band, Pork Tornado, the Dave Keller Band and Left Eye Jump.

While in Vermont, Joe has also performed with notables – Jon Fishman, Nancy Wilson, Bo Diddly and opened for Taj Mahal, Tower of Power, and Jimmy Cliff.

In September 2021 Joe was diagnosed with cancer. In addition to cancer, Joe has other medical issues, requiring ongoing extensive care. This benefit will hopefully ease some of Joe’s financial burdens regarding his numerous treatments.
