It takes only 15-20 minutes to get your first batch in the oven, and while the scent of pie fills your home, make more to freeze and have for those all-too-often "pie emergencies".
Join us as we make the best flaky pie dough and a wide array of fillings to fill our hand pies. Toppings can range from a shiny egg-glazed pastry to sparkly sugar to a sweet glaze. What creations are not eaten will go home to share with your fellow pie-lovers!
About the instructor:
Liz Cady is a baker and enthusiastic recipe sharer. She loves to travel and learn how to perfect the baked specialties from every country she visits. Her family is very confused if ever a dinner ends without dessert.
