1. Meat Option: Chicken baked to perfection with a flavorful, aromatic Middle Eastern spice rub. Biryani, a rice with potatoes, carrots, peas and a mix of delicate Arabic spices Samosa filled with chicken and spices.  
2. Vegetarian Option: Roasted Eggplant and Tomatoes with onion and Arabic spices Biryani, a rice with potatoes, carrots, peas, and a mix of delicate Arabic spices Samosa filled with vegetables.
