Gina and Shane, the dynamic duo behind La Isla De Encanto Kitchen. Driven by passion for food, traditions, and family, they embarked on a culinary journey to bring the distinctive flavors of the Caribbean to their community.

Gina, a talented home chef, draws inspiration from her Spanish, African, and Indigenous roots to create dishes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also tell a story. With each recipe, she lovingly weaves together the rich tapestry of Puerto Rican cuisine, celebrating its vibrant history and cultural heritage.

Together with Shane, her devoted life partner, Gina shares her culinary creations with the world through La Isla De Encanto Kitchen. Their love for family recipes has not only enriched their lives and their family, but has also earned them immense gratitude and support from the community they serve.

Our facility is BYOB.

Class has a maximum of 12 students and a minimum of 6. Classes may be cancelled 4 days ahead of time if minimum is not met. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.
