Pick up your meal, and take it home! This menu represents the traditional cooking of Jilib, Somalia, a town that has long served as a way station along the route from Mogadishu to Kismayo. The food is being prepared by Said Bulle, who grew up in Jilib until he was 11 years old. He then spent 5 years in a refugee camp in Kenya with his uncle, and finally moved to Burlington 15 years ago, where he now lives with his wife and three kids. You may also know Said as Jilib from A2VT and as the owner of Jilib's Jiblets.
