The Vagina Monologues have been tentatively rescheduled for June 19 and 20. Please stay tuned for updates from the event organizer to confirm these dates. Be well!
Can you believe it was 20 years since the first performance of Eve Ensler's incredible work The Vagina Monologues?
Rabble Rouser has commissioned a revival of this work, with new relevant material representing
trans-gender and #metoo movement perspectives.
Performances given by Rabble Rouser employees, a traditional midwife & local performance artist: writing credit to
Grae W M Frechette, B.B. Jeffries, Valerie Patroni & Artist SXC.
The Vagina Monologues at Rabble Rouser, Montpelier is our celebrations of Eve Enslers work &
marks the success of our chocolate "vulva" revolution.
In true Rabble Rouser tradition we successfully rung in the next decade of roaring 2020's at Burlington's Echo Center with Big Jazz Bands, Bacon & Chocolate fountains, and a closing show of Belly Dancers and Taiko Drumming.
We started the early 2020s winter with the witty & hilarious "Vulvalution" live performance piece with 8ft Vulva, Dance, Music & Interview (devised by Artist SXC).
Rabble Rouser continues to celebrate our "divine feminine" themed performance work by bringing The Vagina Monologues to entertain seasoned theater goers and inspire new Vagina Monologue audiences with this profound, timely and fun work.
The performance piece has been devised and directed by Artist SXC,
in collaboration with performers and support volunteers.
