Event Details

There is no doubt that the COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on businesses large and small. But as with many difficult situations in life, if we look hard enough, we may find silver linings. Join VCET Vice President Sam Roach-Gerber as she chats with her pal Ethan Bechtel, founder and CEO of OhMD about the positive effects of disruption, thriver's guilt, and how paying it forward can actually be a wise business decision.

About the Speaker

Ethan Bechtel is an entrepreneur who has spent twenty years working toward improving the patient experience through healthcare technology. Ethan's company, OhMD, is a mission-driven software company propelled by the idea that patient outcomes can be improved through access and simple communication between patients and their health care providers. Ethan has worked with healthcare organizations across the country to give them the tools to provide incredible patient care. In early 2020, Ethan and his team rapidly adapted the OhMD platform to help physicians address the COVID-19 pandemic, and continues to focus on ways to simplify healthcare communication nation-wide.
