Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?

Does your team?

Do you even know what each of you do best?

Leading. Collaborating, Selling. Building your team. It can be a challenge to manage your time and energy so you can be as efficient as possible. The same goes for your small, start-up team. Remote-work and a shrinking workforce only add to the complexity as it becomes more challenging to develop collaborative working arrangements or to find more team members to share the workload.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore how strengths-based development & the CliftonStrengths ® assessment can inform and impact your ability to authentically lead, and improve team efficiency and collaboration by understanding how each team member works best. The session is ideal for small and medium sized start-up leaders (and their teams!) who are interested in developing a human-focused, strengths-based culture. All are welcome.
