Women's Room

Women's Room is a (former bricks and mortar boutique studio)--online--and in pop-up locations around Burlington VT-- now focused on the hormonal balance of women during midlife. Learn how to reduce symptoms like insomnia, night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings and irritability with stress reduction, diet, and lifestyle changes. Women's Room offers in-person workshops, retreats, and one on one coaching for optimal health and wellness at any stage of life--but has particular knowledge and experience with the perimenopausal woman, as well as fertility, prenatal, postnatal--and postmenopausal.
