SolaVida

SolaVida is a non-profit organization whose mission is to draw new constituencies into the crucial push for a deeper and faster response to the challenges of global warming. Given the scope of this change to our shared environment, we need far more action by far more people. The most vulnerable communities on the planet are hit first and hardest. Their voices in particular can no longer be ignored.

A key piece of the puzzle is the creation of messages and enabling actions that motivate people to become part of the solution. But not with one monolithic approach. Instead, SolaVida’s focus is to work within and around specific communities, tailoring the approach to the unique interests and perspectives of each group.

SolaVida is a grassroots non-profit founded in 2013 by Dan Quinlan. By aligning with other organizations, and supported by a wide group of volunteers, we get things done.
